HOW TO SETUP ZOOM FOR A WEBINAR

1. Fill up the Engagement information form and give it to Priya to do the creatives.
2. Priya will need the zoom meeting and meeting registration details too.
3. For the Zoom meeting, u have to create a new zoom meeting at your given date and time.
4. Since our website is now live, we are doing all registrations in the events tab on the website itself.
5. For this you have to create a new event with all details on membershipworks.com for it to work on the website. Also use your teams email id to communicate with your attendees.
6. With this in place, you will be good to go.
All these accesses are shared within the pillars of CFY, you may set this up with care, making sure it does not cause any confusion with the existing events or zoom meetings
Please understand the navigation of these sites and go through a demo or have your other team leads handle it, who may be aware of it.

Community Pillar Bootcamp
To be eligible for being considered as a coach available for pro-bono coaching you must have attended our boot camp – a criteria that all of you will meet.
Further, please note the following with regard to our commitments:
1. Indication of available day & time slots in your profile is necessary to be considered for assignment as a coach. Please ensure that these are updated & current in your profile – you may need to add them if you have not done so far by logging in as a volunteer coach in the website.
2. Schedule your session with your assigned coachee & confirm to us by email within 24 hours of the receipt of the mail announcing your assignment. Please note that we remain committed in our intent to service a coaching request as early as possible & only in the rarest of rare cases would like to go back to coachee with another coach (we believe that it doesn’t make us look good as professional coaches!). In case you could not establish contact with the coachee please write to us within two days of your receiving the assignment.
3. The Coaching session should be completed within 5 days of the intimation of your assignment . We believe that given the troubled times – a timely conversation is the least we can offer a coachee. You always have the freedom to work out changes to schedule with mutual consent.
4. Email us when you have finished your coaching session / sessions & are ready for us to initiate the feedback process.
